Underneath the soft doll bodies, cutting-edge and creatively applied technology is at work. Due to a rapid expansion in the UK, they are looking for a Account Manager to join their impressive team. Reporting to the UK CEO the chosen candidate will be responsible for managing and further developing the customer relationship as well as generating new business. You will also be required to mentor, coach and train the existing team to get the maximum performance. However the most important thing is to be currently selling into their main target market which are stores such as Woolworths and Argos. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years experience within the toys and games environment. Will have been responsible for a team and full P&L and strategy. They also seek a polished, consultative, well-presented sales person who can deal with people on all levels from operations to board level. In addition to that you must be young and hungry and have good experience dealing with senior level decision makers.
