They provide Building Services Solutions which incorporate Fire,Security, HVAC and M&E services.The RoleThey are recruiting for an Account Manager based in Scotland to develop maintenance business within both the existingclient base and also to develop New business. The remit includes: Sales of BMS and M&E service contracts and supporting services to existing customers in Scotland. Developing of new business opportunities within both new and existing customers Work closely where applicable with the District service leader to maintain and grow the contract base Generating 3rd Party service opportunities Lead generation Achieving set targets Growing technical servicesThe Person Although proven, relevant sales experience will be an advantage, this role will suit an individual who wishes to embarkon a career in front-line sales and who has the right personal attributes to go with their industry to date. Knowledge of Building management systems and Service issues. Good qualifications in a relevant discipline. Good communication skills Initiative and enthusiasm for success Team player Ability to develop existing accounts Establish strong relationships with relevant customers at all levels Good business acumenThe successful candidate will be a hardworking, self-starting and self-motivated professional individual with theconfidence and ambition to deliver success in this particular role.
