A truly exciting opportunity has arisen for an Account Executive to work on a massive blue chip account, for a recruitment consultancy based in Kingston-Upon-Thames. Due to the volume of business we are currently experiencing, we need an Account Executive who is a self starter with bags of personality and a natural ability to build relationships with people. Ultimately we need the right individual to continue building a hot desk and in doing so make great money!!As Account Executive the kinds of things you will be doing are: Working on candidate search and selection for our client. Interviewing and grading candidates for 2nd stage interviews Liaising on a regular basis with the clients Head of Recruitment. Liaising daily with different Area Managers and Store Managers All related administrative duties including emailing, compiling and filing candidate and client information. Writing and posting advertising for the roles you are responsible for. Working to individual and team targets.Your starting basic will be GBP 15,000 with a realistic OTE of GBP 30,000 in your first year, including benefits of Private healthcare, 20 days paid holiday, great commission and incentives, combined with quarterly/annual bonuses and prizes.
