Develop and contribute to the overall strategy and objectives of the company UK KAM and implement the necessary change processes. Develop and set objectives for the sales organisation that reflect the overall purpose, goals and targets of the department and in line with the requirements of the business. Maintain and develop a line organisation that is able to deliver against existing commitments and to handle systematic and continuous improvements in line with changing business requirements. Manage competence in the team and promote a culture of continuous learning. Provide management sponsorship and effective leadership in the development of new business opportunities. Develop and maintain effective relationships with senior contacts across associated organisations. Develop and maintain and effective contact network across the company in support of fulfillment of the company's business objectives. Represent the KAM and the Company to promote at industry level. Actively contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, for example, changing behaviour and identifying improvements to processes and activities and encourage others to do the same. Ensure the provision of a safe and secure working environment, in keeping with legal requirements. Maintain quality standards in keeping with ETL policy. To develop and realise new business opportunities, and the subsequent preparation for invoicing, margins and revenue growth in line with strategic objectives. To manage the responsibility for the development and operation of the Global Bid Management Process. Competence: Qualified to degree standard or equivalent professional qualification. Ten years management experience. Proven experience of managing through a management structure. Experience of strategic business development. Background in telecomsProven experience in public sector account management, specifically national securities.Strong Customer focus. Strategic thinker. Strong presentation/communication skills. Highly developed analytical skills. Demonstrate leadership and ownership. Commercial awareness. Business Management experience in telecoms related business.
