GBP 50k - GBP 65k Basic , GBP 120k OTE Plus Excellent Benefits. We have been enlisted by one of the World's leading specialists in Biometrical and RFID Security solutions to recruit an Account Director for their Biometrics Sales Division. Over the last five years our client has been leading the way in technically advanced security solutions and after reporting record profits in 2004 they are now looking to add a successful sales specialist with a knowledge of the biometrical market to help continue their growth in the market place. Reporting to the UK Sales Director based in London you will target 'C' level decision makers from some of the UK's largest organizations. The role will consist of generating business from new and existing contacts where you will be responsible for working with the technical team to putting together high level secruity bids and proposals as well as building client partnerships with C level decision makers throughout the UK. Ideally you will have three years proven sales experience specializing in security. A knowledge of Biometric or RFID Security solutions would be an advantage as well as a network of contacts in the UK. You must however be able to demonstrate a successful track record and experience of generating and developing new accounts through excellent business development. You will display a strong commitment to hard work and have a tenacious and resilient attitude. Excellent communication and presentation skills and good business acumen are also very important. For successful candidates there is an opportunity for totally uncapped earnings, the opportunity to join an enviable company at a real time of expansion. Base salary is being pitched at between GBP 50k - GBP 65K depending on experience with a 1st year OTE of GBP 120k (Uncapped). Car allowance, mobile and laptop are also included.
