Description:

Senior Technical Support Specialist urgently required! This is an excellent opportunity within a highly successful computer software company, committed to employee training and progression and a genuinely friendly, sociable team environment. Benefits on top of your basic salary will include bonus, pension and private healthcare. You will be required to provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support to customers and resellers, either directly or through the 1st line Helpdesk team. The ideal candidate will need a high level of technical ability with excellent problem solving and customer facing skills. You should offer 4 yrs+ technical experience with a proven track record in providing high quality 2nd and 3rd line support, with excellent knowledge of all Windows Operating Systems and associated technologies. Knowledge and experience in either Networking, Internet technologies, IP communications, UNIX or EDI is essential! Experience in Citrix, Smart Cards, PKI systems, CRM or financial software such as Sage, SUN Accounts, Pegasus, Access Accounts is highly desirable. Please send CVs to Tina ASAP!
