Support Analyst is required by this leading software house based in Derby. Working within a small team you will provide2nd line remote support to a diverse user base. In this role you will be given the opportunity to work on smalldevelopment projects and bug fixes. You will ideally hold a degree in a computer related subject and must have 1-2 yearsexperience within a similar role supporting bespoke VB and C# .net software within a helpdesk environment.
