2nd Level Technical Support EngineerAn exciting opportunity for a 2nd Line technical support engineer to join a leading global manufacturer.Responsibilities Customer handling over the phone and face-to-face. Call logging and Report writing Resolve to the customers satisfaction complex hardware and software issues associated with the product. Fault find both on site and over the phone Simulate failures as described by the customer for internal escalation Attend PIE to represent customer on technical issues Identify individuals who would benefit for additional training and liaise with the relevant manager and training team Coaching other team members in order to share best practice and develop technical expertise. Self help tools development. Strong team player and attending team meetingsPerson Requirements HNC in Electrical and Electronics Engineering Good experience in the BMS environment Excellent communication and Negotiation skills Good all-round problem solver IT skills (networks and web) Analytical and problem solving skills Customer Focused Able to work as part of a team or on own initiativePrepared to travel both in the UK and on occasions abroadIn return you will receive a salary between GBP 20k and GBP 28k (dependent on experience) + car
