They are looking for an experienced SQL server Developer to help develop their reporting and MIS system. Theyhave a number of complex systems and a diverse skill set internally, working across web and desktop based solutions,predominantly using C#, ASP.Net, VB.net and SQL Server. Any background in .net would be advantageous; however the coreskills they need are Excellent SQL Server 2000 development and design experience. Any exposure to SQL Server 2005 wouldbe advantageous but dont worry if you dont as you will be given exposure to it. All new projects are now written in.Net and they need a creative, intuitive Senior developer to join the team who can really push the limits of deliverywithin fiercely tight timescales. Ideal experience: A degree or equivalent, at least 4 years commercial experience in SQLDevelopment position. The more experience of the following skills would be advantageous: SQL Server 2000, SQL 7, .net,DTS, Business Intelligence, Business Objects, Cognos. UML.
