The products and services they provide are currently deployed allover the world from Australia through EMEA to Canada.Founded in 2000, this specialist organisation has grown both organically, steadily and is on course to double turn overagain this year. They have now started an aggressive growth period and require experienced Delphi or C++ Developers tojoin their creative and exciting team. The wide range of products and services they provide require constant support andongoing development, consequently require additional resources for unceasing demand.The job itself will be initially based from home, with a couple of days a week based in the Oxford or Twickenham offices.Eventually you will have to opportunity to decide how much time will be spent in the office or at home. Your role will beto take over the constant evolution of their existing product range, including custom projects, bug fixing and theidentification of new features. As TV and Broadcast is a "round the clock" business there will be occasional work outsideof core hours.This is also something of a hybrid role in the sense that you will have to opportunity to work internationally in anumber of different disciplines including Project Management and Pre Sales when required.To be considered for this role, you will be a deeply experienced and creative developer, a self-starter with a naturalentrepreneurial flair.
