My client is currently looking to add an experienced .Net Microsoft Certified Trainer to join their team in theMidlands. You would be working with our clients in Birmingham, Manchester and Nottingham primarily therefore some travelwill be involved.As Microsoft largest Training Partner, my client work with some of the World's largest companies and exposure to bespokeprojects as well as standard curriculum courses can be expected.You will spend at least 25% of your time developing new skills with unrivalled access to support resources.Successful candidate will be a customer focused, resourceful professional, who is keen to develop their career with themarket leader.BASIC FUNCTION:Deliver quality classes to a variety of clientele.PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Teach assigned classes.2. Assist the Training Manager in supporting the Sales Department. Provide knowledge base to Account Executives in areas of expertise. Assist Account Executives in determining client needs.3. Set up computers at onsite locations and perform basic troubleshooting when equipment is not operational.4. Perform other duties and tasks as designated by the Training Manager.REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:1. DIRECT SUPERVISORY RELATIONSHIP None2. INDIRECT SUPERVISORY RELATIONSHIP Administrative Assistant, Training Department3. COORDINATING RELATIONSHIP Sales Manager Account Executives Operations Manager4. SUBORDINATE RELATIONSHIP Training Supervisor, Training ManagerPOSITION QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor degree preferred, emphasis in communications, education, social sciences, or computer science preferred.Shows potential to learn technical information quickly.Must possess excellent presentation skills; good judgement, initiative, strong work ethic and dependability; and be ableto deal effectively with people. Ability to work under pressure is essential
