This ambitious and very well backed company is developing a major greenfield global E-commerce entertainment product that aims to change to face of the on-line interactive gaming space. The team is now looking to build a team around key personnel to engineer a fully secure e-commerce solution that must be capable of running over a million on-line users, allow 24/7 content updates and maintain security for high volume billing systems at all times. This is a greenfield project to implement a .Net solution with ASP, C#, C++, SQL Server and other relevant technologies. A high calibre candidate with 2-5 years relevant experience is required. You need a good degree as well as commercial experience of the deployment of high volume online systems and multi-threaded windows server programming including extensive use of the STL. SQL database programming with ADO or ADO.NET and stored procedures. An excellent understanding of security issues could also be of interest. Essential skills/experience include .Net framework (2 years), C# (2 years), ASP.NET (2 years), Visual Studio 2003, Javascript, .NET remoting, SQL Server, OOAD, HTML, IIS. Any previous exposure to large scale secure web systems, billing systems, games technology or .Net specifically will all be relevant.
