A leading consultancy specialising in the implementation and configuration of products within the Smart Enterprise Suiteis seeking to recruit a graduate calibre Application Analyst.Ideally you will have been working in application development and have good knowledge of Java and XML technologies. Youwill need to have a keen eye for detail and quality as well as excellent client facing as this will often be acustomer-facing role. The role would suit a graduate seeking their second commercial role who has in excess of a yearsexperience in J2EE, XML and XLST and thrives on solving customer problems through the innovative use of leading edgeproducts. You will have experience of working with multi-tiered J2EE applications, as well as solid database skills withgood supporting SQL skills.Focusing initially on content management and portal projects, key responsibilities will include the configuration ofindustry renown software systems, including off-site and on-site work. You will become the specialist for the productsand provide advice and training to other consultants. You will be encouraged to develop your professional technical andconsulting skills with career progression being possible within many IT related functions. Full training will be given onthe solution framework but individuals will be expected to be self starters with a desire to understand the productsthoroughly and enjoy problem solving issues that occur.My client has a host of prestigious clients and an even bigger list of potential clients.
